S Knights Recruitment is currently searching for an experienced Data Analyst in the North West, The Data Analyst will provide a high level of support to the CRM Manager in managing data on the NCS contract and providing MI to the NCS Senior Leadership and Supply Chain teams.
The Data Analyst will Maintain all existing CRM reports, making minor changes as directed by the CRM Manager and creating new reports ahead of each delivery period
The Data Analyst will Respond to all ad hoc reporting requests from the wider business
The Data Analyst will Conduct detailed data analysis as and when required to improve the leadership team’s understanding of any trends and drive improvements in performance
The Data Analyst will Creating Excel tools for use by internal teams and Local Delivery Partners as required.
Provide standardised reports to Contract Managers for use in their monthly and seasonal review meetings with Local Delivery Partners
Oversee all CRM validation work and provide updates to the NCS Senior Leadership Team
Testing new functionality within the CRM system prior to the rest of the business being informed of its release
The Data Analyst will be Testing new reports and Excel tools prior to release
Deputise for the CRM Manager on weekly management calls and calls with the NCS Trust as required
The Data Analyst will Provide support to the Central Administrator and Supply Chain Administrator as required
The Data Analyst will Co-ordinate the CRM based activities of the Central Administrator and Supply Chain Administrator
Maintain Salesforce User Guides and Reports Guides
The Data Analyst will Identify issues and risks through robust analysis of MI and reports and take appropriate action, escalating to the Supply Chain Manager where appropriate.
The Data Analyst will Ensure that all communications with Local Delivery Partners, the NCS Trust and other Regional Delivery Partners are of a professional standard
Ensure internal communications are professional, appropriate and timely.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal colleagues.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with staff at a variety of levels within delivery partners and other national stakeholders.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel for presenting and manipulating performance data including generating pivot tables, writing formulas and using conditional formatting
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word with the ability to prepare and maintain user guides to a professional standard
Ability to build rapport with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and adapt to a demanding and varied workload
Attention to detail with an ability to maintain this when working under pressure
