JOB TITLE: Learning Support Manager

SALARY: £15:00 – £19:00 per hour plus statutory holiday pay

Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
*Experience and proven track record in managing support services for learners with sensory impairments, social & emotional issues, mental health issues, physical disabilities and medical conditions.
*Successful and proven track record in delivering staff development training on equality and diversity and safeguarding issues Identifiable personal achievements in disability field
*Hold a minimum level 3 qualification in specialist area.
*Have good organisational and planning skills.
*Plenty of enthusiasm and the ability to motivate learners.
*Willingness to provide outstanding support for learners
*Extensive knowledge of your subject area.
*Be flexible and self-motivated with a dedication to learner achievement and quality.
