- Support the Director of Faculty to ensure the designated area is managed effectively to meet all the relevant targets and objectives.
- Contribute to budget planning and to lead the timetabling process within the area to maximise the efficient deployment of staff and other resources.
- Contribute to the management and oversight of the self-assessment process and quality improvement plans according to College requirements and deadlines, using it as a primary tool to identify areas for improvement and development.
- Line manage designated staff within the area according to College processes and procedures, including induction, appraisal, informal capability and first level disciplinary.
