Overview

Protocol are working with a large FE college in South Yorkshire to recruit to the position of Curriculum Manager. This post will be responsible for the Sport, Public Services and Catering provision across college and report to the Director of Curriculum

As operational lead for this area you will line manage teaching and support staff to ensure the delivery of high quality teaching learning and assessment. You will pro-actively drive forward college strategies for quality improvement which will support the College’s ambition to become outstanding.

In this challenging role you will be required to have the skills and vision to continually develop/adapt curriculum, ensuring that the offer meets the needs of students, employers and addresses local priorities.

Our main goal is to ensure that our students have great learning experiences and outstanding success, to develop skills for their future. You will ensure this happens.

You will support the Director of Curriculum to ensure that the performance of the area is outstanding. To do so you will achieve key targets to ensure the delivery of agreed strategic objectives covering the following:
– Success Rates
– Income
– Quality
– Development of the curriculum to meet the local and regional skills needs.
