Protocol are working with an outstanding grade 1 College in Yorkshire for an Assistant Principal – STEM & Construction. The role will be working closely with the Deputy Principal in developing and growing the college’s STEM and Construction provision. Line managing, coaching and mentoring STEM and Construction Heads of Department.
You will have a reporting relationship to a SMT member and will work closely with all Senior Managers on key cross college themes and initiatives whilst providing a coaching/mentoring/performance management role for Heads of Department to maintain and deliver ‘Outstanding’ quality.
You will be responsible for managing, analysing and using data effectively to provide information to SMT and curriculum departments.
You will have a relevant degree, level 2 English and Maths, ideally recent ‘outstanding’ experience and understanding of ‘Outstanding’ Ofsted criteria, experience of managing significant change and excellent report writing skills.
